We are a group of graduate students from the University of the Philippines – National College of Public Administration and Governance. We are requesting for the following documents in line with the online survey we are conducting among SBMA employees on January 18, 2024.
 
The purpose of the research is to gain insights into the level of organizational commitment among your workforce. The documents will be used as information support for the survey.
