January 12, 2023 Dear Lawrence Velasco, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 03, 2023 01:53:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request: You asked for Devolution Transition Plan. Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested and should be directed to a different agency. Please be informed that the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), as the umbrella agency of all the key shelter agencies, including the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), is the national government agency responsible for submitting the Devolution Transition Plan (DTP) of the whole housing sector to the Committee on Devolution, pursuant to Section 5 of Executive Order No. 138, series of 2021. Further, SHFC’s inputs to the housing sector’s DTP has already been submitted to the DHSUD in August 2021. You may wish to contact DHSUD at info@dhsud.gov.ph or 8424 40 70 | 0961-137-0196 regarding your request.
