Ang mga programang pabahay ng Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) ay naglalayong tulungan ang mga lehitimo at rehistradong samahan o asosasyon sa buong Pilipinas na mag-may-ari ng bahay at lupa sa konsepto ng "community ownership". Ang pangunahing layunin nito ay tulungan ang mga informal settler families na naninirahan sa danger zones o depressed areas, mga pamilyang apektado ng mga proyektong pang-imprastraktura ng gobyerno, mga naapektuhan ng demolisyon, mga biktima ng man-made at natural na kalamidad, o mga pamilya mula sa low-income group na nangangailangan ng resettlement assistance.

Ang SHFC ay nakikipagtulungan sa mga local government unit sa iba't-ibang panig ng bansa upang ma-assist ang mga organisadong asosasyon o samahan sa pagkumpleto at pagproseso ng kanilang mga dokumento. Hindi ho kami tumatanggap o nagpoproseso ng indibidwal na housing loan application.
