Dear SHFC,

I've been calling your office since Monday. It just rings and no one is answering.

I just want to know how to generate a Reference Number so that I could pay my housing dues via GCash?

I can login to your Zeus system online just fine. Where do I go from there?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 14, 2023 09:53:00 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for "How to pay via GCash?"

Response to Request:

Your FOI request is approved. 

Kindly follow the steps indicated below to generate a reference code that you could use in settling your amortization online:

1. Log in to Social Housing Finance Corporation’s (SHFC) ZEUS portal via this link: https://www.shfc.dhsud.gov.ph:2381/Login/zLogin.aspx 
2. Type in your credentials and click Enter:
      -	Account Number: (Your 11-digit MB Code)
      -	PIN: (Last 4 digits of your MB Code)
3. Click the “Member Beneficiaries” tab on the left portion of your screen.
4. Click the “View” tab in orange font.
5. Click the “Statement of Account (SOA)” orange tab which can be found on the upper right portion of your screen to generate your SOA.

Your Reference Code can be found on the upper right or lower left part of your SOA. Kindly take note that the reference code changes every time a SOA is generated, thus, the code found in your latest/most recent generated SOA should be used as payment reference.

Your right to request a review:

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Florencio R.
