Good day.

We are from ASI Design & Build, a Registered Contractor in PCAB. We were invited by C.M.P. Flora de Oro Incorporated to join a Community Mortgage Program (CMP) project of SHFC in Nueva Ecija.

The list of requirements and copy of forms were already provided to us, however, since we were asked to settle a cash bond amounting to 1.5 Million pesos, we would like to verify if the said project is legitimate.

Thank you for your request dated March 27, 2023 12:44:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch.

Your Request:

You asked for the Legitimacy of a Project.

Response to Request:

Your FOI request is approved. We enclosed herewith a copy of the response from the Social Housing Finance Corporation's (SHFC) Office of the Vice President for Central Luzon Operations handling Community Mortgage Program  (CMP) projects situated in Nueva Ecija province. Attached also is a Notice from the SHFC's Office of the Vice President for Program Development and Enhancement regarding the status of application for accreditation of the Flora de Oro. Under this SHFC office is the Partner Relations Division handling the accreditation of our partners including CMP Mobilizers.

Your right to request a review:

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Kevin D. Tan, Vice President for Systems Coordination Group at crcd.shfc@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
