October 6, 2022 Dear Edinel Villadares, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated February 18, 2022 at 06:12:25 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be informed that the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) has just recently received its onboarding pass to the eFOI Portal, hence, this request for information is being processed at this time. We would appreciate your patience in this regard. Your request: You asked for the right amount or computation of monthly amortization per household in NAPICO Manggahan, Pasig City. Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office would like to inform you that you, the requesting party, are neither an officer nor a member-beneficiary of any homeowners association under NAPICO. Hence, under the Data Privacy Act, we regret to deny your request for the copy of computation. Attached is the screenshot of the validation of your name in the database of SHFC’s member-beneficiaries. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Kevin D. Tan, Vice President of SHFC’s Systems Coordination Department at crcd.shfc@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
