Hi,
I would like to know/request the right amount/computation of Monthly amortisation per household in NAPICO MANGGAHAN PASIG (Handled by NAHA VII) association under Gov’t CMP beneficiary.  Because i want to settle missed payment of amortisation but the association ask too much amount they want us to pay 3 times of their computation and this is unacceptable act. Please help me to get to know the exact calculation of this issue. The association itself won’t help us. Thank you!

Response to your request:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office would like to inform you that you, the requesting party, are neither an officer nor a member-beneficiary of any homeowners association under NAPICO. Hence, under the Data Privacy Act, we regret to deny your request for the copy of computation. Attached is the screenshot of the validation of your name in the database of SHFC’s member-beneficiaries.

Your right to request a review:
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Kevin D. Tan, Vice President of SHFC’s Systems Coordination Department at crcd.shfc@gmail.com.
