I am Joemarie A. Pono, student of University of Mindanao, Davao city. I am taking up Master of Science in Economics and currently conducting a research entitled "PRODUCTIVITY CHANGE OF WATER DISTRICT IN REGION 12 USING DEA BASED MALMQUIST INDEX". Anent to this, I would like to solicit information from your good office about the length of mains, volume of water delivered (in metric tons), personnel services, number of connections, and maintenance and other operating expenses from 2014 up to 2019.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office just started on year 2011 and we are new to water industry, we cannot supply to you sufficient data due to small number of concessionaires and we cannot disclose to you some information you have requested like our other operating expenses. However, you may wish to contact Surallah Water District for they are a Category C Water District at https://surallahwaterdistrict.gov.ph/, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/
