Hi! I would like to ask for information regarding the process for correcting my middle name in my Diploma and TOR and my personal data in school. 

Is it possible to correct errors regarding my middle name? if so, what are the necessary steps and requirements?

On my birth certificate, my middle name was misspelled by LCR. And I had the only misspelled middle name among my siblings. I have already graduated from university and I think I will have problems in the future if this is not corrected. And I have already received my TOR and diploma.

Is this request offensive?
