I am Kit DG Pabiona, a graduate student of the education department of the Ateneo de Manila University. 

Currently, I am writing my thesis entitled: “The discursive construction and articulation of quality in Philippine higher education policy and in state universities and colleges: a critical discourse analysis.

•institutional accomplishment report AY 2017-2018, AY 2018-2019 (including the executive summary); and
