In your FOI request, you would to like to renew your business license for the Twiyer Computer Shop Retail Storage Service and Retail Online Storage Devices.

The Technology Application and Promotion Institute of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-TAPI) was created by virtue of Executive Order No. 128 on 30 January 1987 and is one of DOST's service agencies whose primary responsibility is to promote the commercialization of technologies and market the services of other operating units of the Department. On 28 April 1992, DOST-TAPI's function was expanded by virtue of Republic Act No. 7459, otherwise known as the "Inventors and Invention Incentives Act of the Philippines". 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does provide service on the renewal of businesses. We shall refer your request to the Department of Trade and Industry since they are the appropriate Agency who handles business activities.
