Hi,

I'd like to inquire as to where I can get a copy of the following materials published by DOST-TAPI?

>The Freedom to Operate Manual
>IP Valuation Manual
>Compilation of DOST IP Policies

Can these be purchased somewhere or are these solely for DOST use?

I'd like to use these as resource materials for further studies.
