I am aware of the institution's plans for Agrifutura, and I would like to explore the possibility of integrating my study into its development as my undergraduate thesis. 

In line with this, I would like to request the following:

1. The site/ lot plan of Agrifutura
2. The space and facility requirements in Agrifutura
3. The prospects of Microalgae in Agrifutura (if possible)

This refers to your request dated 05 October 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.  

You asked for information on UPLB Agro-Industrial and Information Technology Parks Project (Agrifutura).

Since you did not provide Form F which needs your signature and should be administered under oath as required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that we are constrained to DENY your request.

Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution, which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual, states:
