This refers to your request dated 05 May 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for information on the number of enrolled undergraduate students in the College of Economics and Management. Since you did not provide Form F which needs your signature and should be administered under oath as required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that we are constrained to DENY your request. Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution, which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual, states: “The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized.
