Good day. Requested are:
1) A list of UPLB IBS Organizations (https://cas.uplb.edu.ph/students/student-organizations/) who have duly submitted written applications to conduct initiation rites in compliance with RA 11053 Section 4 (UPLB Student Handbook pp. 178-185) from the last five years, detailed to include if twice, thrice, etc.
1.1)  Else if none, a certification that the Institute has not received applications from any organization since 2018.
2) Dates/other details of events/fora/means held by IBS or parent institutes to comply with Sec. 8 par. 2 "The school shall..." (Handbook p. 184).
