I would like to request thw following information:

1) List of research programs
2) List of research centers for each program
3) Is UP Los Baños one of the 44 SUC that is interested in the establishment of KIST Park? If yes, which research program/s would they cater?

I would need the information for my Architectural Thesis proposal regarding the establishment of KIST Park in their campus.

This refers to your request dated 11 September 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.  

You asked for information on the list of campus research programs and research centers.

Since you did not provide Form F which needs your signature and should be administered under oath as required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that we are constrained to DENY your request.

Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution, which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual, states:

“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to the documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as many be provided by law.”
