Hello! I am Julia Mae A. Gadduang from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. I am a 3rd year Real Estate Management Student. I am appraising a residential rental property from Block 3 Lot 15 Camia St. Napico, Manggahan, Pasig City.

I want to request a survey plan for the property because it is one of the needed documents in the appraisal report. I have asked permission from the owners. They let me appraise their property and told me I could request any document needed. You can contact them.

Since it is a private document, here is my email address jmgadduang@gmail.com, thank you so much.
