Good day!

I am requesting if is it possible to acquire a proof of residency or certificate of residency from your good office.

I was renting an apartment located at 79 A.Luna Brgy Bambang Pasig City from November 2020 to April 2022.

The purpose of this request is for a scholarship application as I am required to submit proof of residency.
