I am Fred Calapi, a Development Communications major from the University of the Philippines Los Banos, writing to make a request for a soft copy of the DRRM Budget of Pasig City from 2018-2023, or at any latest date possible. 

This request is in line with one of our requirements in acquiring data for our data journalism course. I am humbly looking forward to your assistance in acquiring a copy of the said public document.
