     I would like to request a certified true copy of the envelope containing information of the sender as define in Section 5.5.3 of USeP Record Manual in his/her complaint filed through UseP’s Complaints Mechanism regarding the alleged irregularities in the evaluation of the July-Dec 2022 IPCRs of the College of Engineering. 
   As the Director of PMMED states in her letter dated  March 13, 2023 and I quote:
              "The complaint was received by the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (VP-PQuA) today via registered mail. "
