1. Copy of the BOR approval on the list of graduates of batch 2023.
2. Certified True Copy of the institutional policy of University of Southeastern Philippines as basis on the declared equivalent academic year and term and/or in clarification of the nature of thesis/dissertation writing or its equivalent academic requirement.
