Hello!!  May I respectfully ask for a copy of the following document as part of my compliance to CHED. To wit:
1. Copy of the BOR approval on the list of graduates of batch 2019.
2. Certified True Copy of the institutional policy of University of Southeastern Philippines as basis on the declared equivalent academic year and term and/or in clarification of the nature of thesis/dissertation writing or its equivalent academic requirement. / Calendar of activities for AY 2019
