Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 04, 2024, 04:51:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request: You asked for the copy of the MECHANICAL PERMIT AND PERMIT TO OPERATE OF Elevator at the USeP IT BUILDING.

Response to Request: Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed the Mechanical Permit (page 9) as requested. However, for the PERMIT TO OPERATE, the PDD will be coordinating with you on the release of the information.
