May we respectfully ask for a copy of the following document as part of the compliance  to CHED Sholarship Requirements.

1. Copy of the BOR approval on the list of graduates of batch 2018 and 2020.
2. Certified True Copy of the institutional policy of University of Southeastern Philippines as basis on the declared equivalent academic year and term and/or in clarification of the nature of thesis/dissertation writing or its equivalent academic requirement.
