Good day, I am Jan Castro, a 3rd year law student from Ateneo Law School. I am formally requesting from your good office relevant issuances, memorandum and guidelines issued by your office in relation to Data privacy compliance. If possible I would like to have a copy of the following documents:
1. Specific issuance (if there's any) on the actions taken as regards data processing, collection and storage
2. Specific guidelines (if there's any) on the procedure to undertake when it comes to data processing, collection, and storage
