You asked for Qualifications for internship.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. You may personally drop by with a letter endorsed by your school and signed by your dean or adviser. Regarding fees, it is better if you could ask their office if fees are applicable. Please address your letter to Dr. Manue Barnes, Head, Dept. of Pathology.

You may also inquire in your school if they have a MOA in VMMC. In case there is a MOA, it is not a probem on your part but instead your school will tap a number of students,  in batch,  here for internship.
