Hi! I would like to obtain the following info:
A.	Copy of annual accomplishment report from 2016 to 2022 containing key performance indicators:
a.	Service coverage
b.	Continuity of Water Supply
c.	Water Supply Pressure
d.	Non-Revenue Water
e.	Water Quality at Treatment Plant
f.	Water Quality at Distribution Network

B.	Tally of consumer complaints over the last seven years (2016 to 2022) - Indicate in the data what are the common complaints and which year they occurred.
C. Tally of repairs made from 2016 to 2022.

This is to clarify that for item (A), we are pertaining to the monthly data sheets (December, from 2016 to 2022) which include the info about the districts' key performance indicators. Thank you.
