Hi! I would like to request from your good office the list of requirements for the Airport Badge ID and Van sticker pass for our ESL company to have access inside the airport area.

Your FOI request is approved. To apply for an airport access pass and/or a vehicle access pass, the following are the requirements:
Approved Endorsement Letter (addressed to  MCIAA General Manager and CEO)
Aviation Security and Safety Awareness Seminar ( for Annual Access Pass )
Airport traffic seminar (Rent-a-Car, Taxi)
Accomplished Personal History Statement
Airport Police Clearance ( req: NBI Clearance, 2x2 Picture )
Account Clearance (Concessionaire)
Vehicle Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Julius G. Neri, Jr., General Manager and CEO of MCIAA. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
