Hi, I would like to get the data of the number of MONTHLY inbound and outbound INTERNATIONAL passengers of Mactan-Cebu International Airport from 2017 to present, for research purposes. 

Kindly note that what we're looking for are passengers who are coming TO and FROM the Philippines
