Hi maam/sir i would like to request my pcr test result. I do some quarantine in golden quest hotel here in cebu city. I really want to get it because i cant get a letter of acceptance from our baranggay in alcantara if i dont have my swab result. To check out in the hotel I really really need it. Tomorrow is friday 31 new year. I want to see and hugs and to celebrate my new year to my kids and family. If i cant get to today or tomorrow so i dont have ang chance to check out that mean i have to wait until jan 2 monday. Please help me. Thank you a lot.

Response to Request

You may contact the DOH-RESU Office at (032) 260-9740 loc. 106 or the Bureau of Quarantine at Mactan-Cebu Airport at (032) 494-7000 loc. 7538 - 7539 as they may have information of the swab test results you are looking for, and would gladly assist you on the urgent matter. We regret to inform you that MCIAA does not hold nor keep records of International Arriving passengers' results from RT-PCR swab test upon arrival and would entrust the request of these confidential data to DOH and its affiliated agencies.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Julius G. Neri, Jr., General Manager and CEO of MCIAA. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
