Hi, I'm an undergraduate architecture student who is currently in need of supporting files for my thesis. I would to request a copy of the Site Development Plan or any related plans for the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal. Thank you!

Dear marielle anne macaraeg,

I refer to my letter of Jul 20, 2022 11:14:51 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Site Development Plan of Davao City Overland Transport Terminal.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

In your request, you intend to get the site development of the Overland Terminal. However, that document is not within MinDA since we take on the overall development of Mindanao, while the requested document pertains to a specific LGU. 

In particular, it would be helpful to know if you could identify items that would have generalizable concerns, in context of the mandate and functions of MinDA.
