I, Dominic Jude Arguillas, a citizen of Davao, and currently studying under the Master of Environmental Planning program of the University of Mindanao, would like to inquire if your good office could provide GIS shape files of the Davao City CLUP?

This request is in relation to our class discussion in the subject DEVELOPMENT PLANNING OF LAND USES AND SITE FOR A PARTICULAR OR SPECIAL PURPOSE, wherein we are asked to conduct an in-depth analysis on the land use changes and patterns for the past 10 years.

We received your request for a copy of the Davao City CLUP, however, we regret to inform you that the owner of this requested document is the Davao City LGU where which the City Development Office can readily be reached at  cpdo@davaocity.gov.ph or at (082) 241-1000 trunkline 260. 

Upon visit of the website of the Davao City Planning Office, we noted that the CLUP has been recently updated (https://cpdo.davaocity.gov.ph/index.php/2019/04/22/updating-the-davao-city-comprehensive-land-use-plan-2013-2022/)
