Hello!

Last June 2, 2018 you had the signing of the the Draft Bangsamoro State Constitution at MinDA's office according to your post. However, you failed to provide a link for the public especially the Moros how to gain copy of the said document.

As a Moro, such document is vital to our aspirations for self-determination hence I am requesting for a copy of the said vital document. We are currently assessing on how the said draft constitution will impact he ongoing BBL and other agreements entered into by the government.
