An agreement was signed to invest on a hydrogen renewable power plant in Olutanga Island, Zamboanga Sibugay.

It was supposedly signed by the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), Hydrogene de France Energy Philippines Holdings Philippines Inc., and Zamboanga Sibugay government officials associated with OLTAMA (Olutanga, Talusan, Mabuhay) Development Alliance and Pagadian City. It was supposedly signed on Friday, May 5 at the Acacia Hotel Davao City. 

I would like to request that this agreement be made publicly through FOI.

I refer to my letter of May 17, 2023 12:05:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Agreement on hydrogen energy investments in Zamboanga Sibugay.
