Hi I would like to request information regarding the recent tenders/public bidding in Mindanao 

For further details: 
1. A recent tender results that happen in Mindanao, anywhere in the region
2. What I need is the winning organization of each tender, not brands 
3. Public bidding of surveying instruments like Total station, GNSS, UAV, etc. in Mindanao government agencies

Dear JOSHUA DACUITAL,

I refer to my letter of Dec 23, 2022 02:33:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for RECENT TENDERS IN MINDANAO.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 
(1)What is the recent tenders that you want to get information of? 
(2) MinDA is a coordinating agency of programs and projects but not implementers, hence if the question refers to the implementation of projects with respect to the bidding process, MinDA has no way of getting information of it because it is on the level of the implementing agency, and not of MinDA. Say for example, a road project which MinDA identified as a critical project for Mindanao development. MinDA endorses the project to the DPWH, and when a budget is available, it will be the concern of DPWH, and not of MinDA. The data on it will henceforth with the DPWH and not with MinDA.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 17, 2023 02:43:04 PM, your request will be closed.
