Hi! I would like to ask the following:

1.) What specific project or establishment will be constructed in Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) Property in Entertainment City, Parañaque? I've seen press releases that Cultural Theme Park will be built, but at the same time, I also saw data that there had already been a Master Plan where Casino will be placed on NPF's property. Thus, for clarification, I would like to ask what specific project will be constructed there for 2023 or onwards.

2.) The reason behind that proposal. 

This data would be beneficial for the justification of my proposed study
