Hi, Im Christopher R. Ramajo a former Neust student (undergraduate) year 2013-2015. I'm requesting to get my TOR and form 137 as it is needed for my visa application.

Thank you for your request dated Apr 07, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Tor and Form 137 request.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance,  you need to personally go to the NEUST Registrar to accomplish some important transactions before you can get your original TOR with dry seal. When it comes to your Form 137, it can be requested from the school where you finished your secondary course.
