You asked for Requirements Needed to Transfer from NEUST.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [some/most/all] of the information you requested. 

Regarding your request, for you to be accepted as a transferee here at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), the following are to needed requirements:

1. Original copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
2. No failed grade in any subject.
3. Must have a GWA of 2.0 
4. Must have completed at least 33 units or 2 semesters from your current university.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Engr. Christopher M. Ladignon at christopherladignon@yahoo.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
