Hi, I would like to request a copy of all Municipal Ordinances on solid Waste Management in the Municipal Banaue. Particularly the following: 

1. "Prohibiting Littering and Improper Disposal of Waste Matters" 
2. Banaue Plastic Ordinance 
3. Municipal Ordinace No. 4 of 1974
4. Municipal Ordinace No. 58 of 2007

I would also like a copy of the Provincial Ordinances about Solid waste management in the Province of Ifugao.
