Dear Mr. Cuartero,

Greetings from the National Museum of the Philippines!

This is in reply to your inquiry about the requirement of vaccination cards upon entry at the museum. Please note that we are following the Guidelines on The Nationwide Implementation of Alert Level System for Covid-19 Response set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases dated June 4, 2022.

Based on the said guidelines, the museum is considered an establishment identified under the principles of 3C’s (Closed, Crowded, and Close Contact) strategy against COVID-19. We follow the advice that all individuals ages 18 and above, will be required to present proof of full vaccination before participating in mass gatherings or entry into indoor establishments (Page 23, Part VI).
