Cuartero 11:13 AM, Dec 13, 2022

Greetings.

I have received reports National Museum requires Covid vaccine cards upon entrance of the facility. Is it "True" or "Not"? If "True" can the Director-General-JEREMY BARNS, CESO III/Management give me assurance that if I take the Covid vaccines it will be guaranteed safe and effective and free of any severe adverse reactions or death? Please refer to:

Greetings. I am asking confirmation Director-General-JEREMY BARNS, CESO III from National Museum assurance that if I take the Covid vaccines it will be guaranteed safe and effective and free of any severe adverse reactions or death? And this is my question you failed to answer.

This is in connection of his policy for not allowing unvaccinated to enter the facility. Also, President Bong Bong Marcos reiterated vaccine is voluntary as well as RA 11525 section 12.
