Hi! I would like to request for an update/information regarding the following: 

1) The OPAPRU implementation on HEADCORE Scholarship Program through its partnerships with BARMM's Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education. 

2) Transparency on the rationale or reasons for the very long delays of the funds' distribution to the respective beneficiaries.

Hello, may I clarify if the date for the expected reply/response to my concern is correct [May 16, 2023] which was last month? Should it be today June 16, 2023? Can you email me the current status of this program and its implementation? Thank you.
