Dear Ms. Trumata,

Thank you for your request dated Nov 22, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We understand that you would like us to provide you with an “AMLA Module” as a business requirement for opening a GCash Pera Outlet. 

We clarify that the AMLC does not have a separate AMLA Module for the purposes of putting up a GCash Padala Outlet. However, it appears that your request pertains to the AMLA Module which is a digital video presentation on AML/CTF found within the online GCash Pera Outlet application. 

Instead, we advise you to visit the online GCash Help Center at where you can find a step-by-step procedure on how to apply to become a GCash Pera Outlet Partner. Step 5 of the procedure shows that the “AMLA Module” is already provided in the GCash App in the form of a digital video presentation. Simply click the “Simulan ang Module” button, watch the video, and answer a quiz afterwards to finish the application process. There is no need for a separate “AMLA Module” from the AMLC to complete your application.
