I would like to request your good office for the Certificate of Registration issued by AMLC. 
The bank requested this form for my bank transaction. Since, I already submitted to the bank my DTI Certificate. Business name number is 2281186 under the business name of Riverside 1701 Jewelry and Accessories
Is valid from 05 November to 05 November 2025. Banko de Oro requested me to register with AMLC. Reason, I need the Certificate of Registration issued by AMLC.
