Dear Ms. Gempero,

Thank you for your request dated 31 July 2023 under Executive Order No. 2, Series of 2016, on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We understand that you would like us to provide you with an AMLA Module as a business requirement for opening a GCash Pera Outlet. 

We clarify that the AMLC has not separate AMLA Module for GCash Pera Outlet. 

Instead, we advise you to visit the online GCash Help Center where you can find a step-by-step procedure on how to apply to become a GCash Pera Outlet Partner.  Step 5 of the procedure shows that the “AMLA Module” is already provided by the GCash App in the form of a digital video presentation. Simply click the “Simulan ang Module” button, watch the video, and answer a quiz to finish the application process. There is no need for a separate “AMLA Module” from the AMLC to complete your application.
