Nag try po aqo sa isang online loan na PESOHERE para mag apply NG LOAN nakita qo po sa loan term nila na dapat bayaran ang loan ay 91 to 180 daus pero ng mag filled up po aqo ng importation qo deretso xa sa loan amount na 3500 ng iclick qo po ay wala man lang confirmation kung ituloy qo o hindi ang loan at ng biglang may pumasok na 2000pesos sa gcash qo bawas na agad ng 1500pesos yung 3500 na loan at sa kasamaang palad ng ma review qo yung loan term of payment ay kailangan mabayaran sa loob ng 7days at paglumampas ay mapapatungan kada araw yung loan gusto qo sana I cancel yung loan

Please be advised that your case, as presented, does not fall within the jurisdiction of the AMLC.

Considering that online lending companies are under the supervision and regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) based on Section 11 of Republic Act No. 9474 otherwise known as the Lending Company Regulation Act of 2007, we suggest that you reach out to the Securities and Exchange Commission – Financing and Lending Company Division with regard to your dealings with PESOHERE. However, we note that PESOHERE is not included in the SEC’s list of financing/lending companies nor is it in the list of revoked/suspended companies. You may refer to the SEC website and download the complaint form found at https://www.sec.gov.ph/lending-companies-and-financing-companies-2/complaints/#gsc.tab=0, in the “Complaints” portion under the “How do I file a complaint?” tab.
