Dear Ms. Marco,

Thank you for your request dated 10 October 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We understand that you would like us to provide you with an “AMLA Module” as a business requirement for opening a GCash Pera Outlet. In this regard, we clarify that the AMLC has no “AMLA Module” for GCash.

We advise you to visit the online GCash Help Center at https://help.gcash.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408281111577-Paano-maging-GCash-Pera-Outlet-Partner- where you can find a step-by-step procedure on how to apply to become a GCash Pera Outlet Partner.

Step 5 of the procedure shows that the “AMLA Module” is already provided by the GCash App in the form of a digital video presentation. Simply click the “Simulan ang Module” button, watch the video, and answer a quiz afterwards to finish the application process. There is no need for a separate “AMLA Module” from the AMLC to complete your application.
