NDCP is conducting benchmarking activity among various SUC across the country to keep its mandate of delivering high level national security learnings to its scholars. We are preparing to review and recommend adjustments to our honorarium and representation expenses that we provide to our invited and contracted subject matter experts to be more competent to what other education institutions are providing their invited guest experts. With this, I would like to request the rates for honorarium offered by your institution to your contracted/invited Subject Matter Experts.

Your Request

You asked for Honorarium and representation rates for contracted Subject.

Response to Request
 
in our Institution, we usually pay our  lecturers for contracted subjects on monthly basis, (Instructor 1 salary grade level - SG 11) because we hire them on contract of service (COS) basis. We usually give them a maximum subject load of 24 ETL (equivalent teaching load) 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Eutiquio L. Rotaquio Jr. with email address at president@ascot.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
