Please be advised that our office cannot provide you the copy of the Audio Recording or Minutes of the Meeting for the Construction of 5 Storey Higher Education Building Phase 1 of BatStateU TNEU JPLPC Campus. My office with the assistance from our Records Head coordinated to the BAC Central for the information you wish to acquire. However, based on the review they have made, it was found out that the said materials falls under the list of exceptions of the University's Freedom of Information Manual, specifically Sec. 6.2.1 on requests exempted documents. 

Attached herewith is the response made by the BAC-Central Chairperson to our Records Head. 

I hope for your understanding on this matter.
