I am a graduate student from Cavite State University taking up MM-HRM and currently on my thesis writing entitled Competency-Based Assessment of Non-Academic Employees. 

In this regard, may I respectfully know and request data if your University has conducted a Competency Assessment for your employees. Rest assured that data will be kept and used with utmost confidentiality.
