I am writing to acknowledge that a preceding data request contained an error. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience my previous correspondence may have caused.

Upon reflection, I realized there was an error in the provided information. The incorrect information I provided was that the organization should have been the National Economic and Development Authority and not Batangas State University-The National Engineering.

I sincerely regret any confusion or misunderstanding my oversight may have caused. It was not my intention to mislead you, but I accept full culpability for the error.

I sincerely apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience or frustration. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
